The full-time Call Center position
Duties for the call center position include but not limited to:
*Communicate with customers by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring customers in to purchase vehicles.
*Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate information for each call made or received.
*Demonstrate effective documentation techniques by collecting customer information.
*Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all vehicle information.
*Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
*Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
*Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
*Perform other duties as assigned by management.
*Call Center experience prefered
